These are some of my favorite recipes I have accumulated over the years. They are all vegetarian (some can even be vegan) and are not normally dairy heavy.
Breakfast
Avocado toast with sliced almonds
Toast with Almond Butter with strawberries (Most people think almond butter is bad - but surprisingly, the only ingredient for true almond butter are just almonds!! No added sugars or fats :))
Toast with Peanut Butter and bananas
Trader Joes Waffle's (Suprisingly healthy ingredients at a very affordable price!)
Oatmeal with strawberries, blueberries, coconut flakes, almonds, and granola
Smoothiesssssssss
Lunch
Salad with croutons, cheese, basic salad dressing and then for protein I usually like to take a veggie black bean burger and put it in there for some more fiber
Quinoa and black bean burger (same idea as top w salad) AND sriracha for spiciness
Quinoa with roasted veggies and roasted FIRM tofu w sriracha
Brown rice and black beans with some avocado, light sour cream if you are into that but look for fat free version, some pickles and some dairy free cheese sprinkled on top
Brown rice and Yellow Thai Curry (recipe should not ask for any added sugars or corn starch)
Tomato mozzarella sandwich on Low Calorie Brown Bread with Light Balsamic vinegar
Brown Bread Sandwich with roasted (NOT FRIED) Veggies inside
Dinner
Whole wheat Pasta, Whole wheat Pasta, Whole wheat Pasta
Mushroom Ravioli with LIGHT cheese and butter
Whole wheat Pasta with Roasted Veggies
Organic Pesto and Whole wheat Pasta with light cheese sprinkled on top
Whole Wheat Naan and light Curry G
Grilled tofu and veggies with a type of filling carb (Quinoa, Brown Rice etc)
Acai bowl if you’re feeling something sweet
Zoodles (Zucchini Noodles) with veggie broth, mushroom, tofu, broccoli and sriracha
Snacks
Apples with Almond butter / Peanut butter and granola (make sure there is no corn starch)
Guacamole and chips (BAKED chips not fried chips).
Light Greek Yogurt with fruit of your choice
Pit Free Dates and almond butter (tastes like a snicker)
Frozen bananas drizzled with low calorie chocolate chips
Avocado Fries - take avocado and cover with bread crumbs and bake for about 10 minutes and serve with condiment of your choice!
