My Personal Workouts!
These are just some of my personal favorites I like to do when I want to get a good workout in. So for me, I basically break it down where I do one piece of Cardio everyday, and then alternate between arms, abs, and legs. So everyday I get in some cardio, and then isolate a specific body part for the rest of the workout. I repeat the cycle twice and then leave one off day for my muscles to replenish.
