1.Resistance Bands:I'll admit it. My workout game has been so off since Quarantine has happened. I would go two weeks with grinding everyday, and then I would take one day off, and next thing you know I have not even thought about working out for a whole entire week. I felt as if I was in a bit of a slump so I decided to get these resistance bands to motivate me a little to change my workout routine a bit. Let me tell you - these went above and beyond my expectations. For the last two weeks I have been using these resistance bands in ALL of my exercises - from abs, to arms, to butt and legs. It has made working out so fun again, and something I genuinely enjoy doing everyday. For under 15 bucks for 5 bands, the material is surprisingly extremely durable and it comes in 5 different resistance types - extra light, light, medium, heavy, and extra heavy. These allow me to change the difficulty of the workout based on the area of the body I am working out, and allows me to just incorporate some fun into exercising.
